8 APRIL 2020
In these uncertain and extremely testing times for us all our paramount objective is to try, for as long as possible, to continue to provide a focused service to our customers, without compromising the safety of our staff or indeed our extended manufacturing partners.
To continue to give advice in a sector we know so well and God willing, we can continue to provide this service and the necessary products and systems to our customers.
Offering our expertise and the continued support to clients that are working on maintaining essential services within the Construction and Utility sectors, supporting: Drainage Systems and Utility Networks, Flood Alleviation Schemes and necessary Construction Projects.
As long as we are able, we will continue to offer our experience, knowledge and support to all of our customers and all those that we can help offer the right, advised information within our sector.
Finally, from all of us at Turtle Enviro, we would like to say a massive ‘THANK YOU’ to all those in the NHS in particular and to the significant support network that is keeping this great country of ours running.
Thank you all for the wonderful job you are all doing for us, keep safe everyone and GOD BLESS.
The Turtle Enviro Team.
30 MARCH 2020
Following on from our announcement last week regarding our ongoing trading position. In our daily fight against COVID-19 the ability to provide our full range of products and the service to our customers is becoming more difficult each day, as we had expected. As we previously stated “The most important thing to us, is, the health and wellbeing of our employees and their families to ensure they are safe”.
So in order to fully protect our staff and their families, on Friday of last week, Turtle decided to close our main offices, all of our sales and accounts staff are now working from home and will be contactable as normal until Wednesday 1st April. From then we will only have essential staff in place, who will also be working from home. These staff will be there to advise on the status of any orders that may come in and provide technical assistance and to give general advise. The telephone number for all enquiries, as of the 1st April will be 0191 3036315 or email us at
Regards any orders placed last week, we are looking to complete and deliver all those orders, that were placed up to 27th March by Wednesday 1st April.
Our position regards any future orders, is that, because a significant amount of our products are manufactured for us at various outsourced manufacturing facilities in the UK. At present these facilities are continuing to supply and I hasten to add, with Government approval and so we are able to continue to supply some goods via themselves. So going forward, dependant on the nature of the order, product type and viability of the logistics, should you place an order, we will contact you directly to advise on our position regards that order and whether it can be fulfilled.
This position will be reviewed daily and please be assured that we will do everything we possibly can to ensure ourselves and our sub-contractors, adhere to and comply with the guidelines given to us by the Government.
Finally and more importantly, our thoughts and prayers go out to those who have already lost loved ones to this terrible virus and to those at front line in the NHS, and also the fantastic support network that sits behind that front line. GOD BLESS you all! I hope and pray their actions and those who are risking their lives each day will not have to be endured a day longer than possible.
Thanks, and everyone stay safe and keep well!
The Turtle Enviro Team.
19 MARCH 2020
Firstly, and most importantly, the health and wellbeing of our employees is paramount and we are doing all we can to offer them and their families the support they need during this period.
Secondly, we want to assure our customers that we will continue, to the very best of our ability, to offer the level of service and supply you have become accustomed to.
To this end, we are taking UK Government guidance on this matter.
We are reviewing Government guidance daily and we will keep you informed of any changes and the impact of this on our business in the coming days, weeks and indeed months.
At this moment in time both our supply chain and production appear uninterrupted – for the time being we don’t anticipate any issues with product supply.
Non-essential visits to our offices will be restricted and any scheduled face-to-face meetings where possible will occur via tele-conferencing.
These are unprecedented times – through your ongoing support and understanding we will continue to operate safely and effectively.
Thanks, and keep well!
The Turtle Enviro Team.
