Designed for silt mitigation, the Chamberblok actively prevents Total Suspended Solids (TSS) from migrating into the surface water system during construction, reducing the amount of pollution that finds it’s way into local water courses.
We utilize a 100% recycled thermoplastic block (Blok) inside the chamber, forcing all water to flow through the Blok before it reaches the connecting water system. This process filters out TSS above 30μm (0.03mm).
The ACB450 Chamberblok is equipped with 2 Siltblok filters and is suitable for pipework sizes of Ø375mm up to Ø450mm.
We provide the Chamberblok with guiderails that can be installed using x6 M10 CSK fixtures into the chamber benching. This allows the removable filter gate to be inserted into the mounted guide rails securely.
These models come with a recommended inspection, emptying, and cleaning schedule based on usage.
We also provide this product in sizes suitable for both smaller and larger ranges of pipework Ø.
