About the Product
The OFCB500B Oriflo model is designed to handle any flow rate and design head combination where the required orifice size is less than the internal diameter of the outlet pipe being used. Please see our calculator below.
It features a Ø450mm rotational moulded chamber base, which accommodates 150 or 225mm twinwall main pipe connections accordingly.
Furthermore, this model features a 100% recycled thermoplastic block (Blok), integrated into the barrier plate providing protection to the orifice. Subsequently, this barrier plate is installed into our rotational moulded chambers forcing all flow through the Blok filters before reaching the outlet, filtering out Total Suspended Solids including silt up to 30μm (0.03mm).
Lastly, this model contains a basket attached the the barrier plate, with a capacity of 17.5kg, which is designed for up to 1200m² of surface water runoff.

The Oriflo range consists of pre-assembled Orifice Flow Control chambers that accommodate various flow rates.
The larger diameter models in the Oriflo range support higher flow rates when required. Furthermore, all chambers are rigorously tested to meet the required standards and are delivered ready for installation.
