The Chamberblok actively prevents Total Suspended Solids (TSS) from migrating into the surface water system during construction, using chambers as access points to help alleviate pollution.
We utilize a 100% recycled thermoplastic block (Blok) inside the chamber, forcing all water to flow through the Blok before it reaches the connecting water system. This process filters out TSS, including silt up to 30μm (0.03mm).
We offer two ranges of Chamberbloks. The first range includes the MHCB700500 and the MHCB10001000, designed for 100-300mm and 375-750mm pipework respectively. The second range consists of the MHCB500500WM, a wall-mounted variant of the original design, intended for 100-300mm pipework and includes a backing plate.
We provide the Chamberblok with U-shaped guides that can be installed into the benching or through the concrete after the benching is complete. This allows the Blok assembly to be inserted into the mounted guide rails.
These models come with a recommended inspection, emptying, and cleaning schedule based on usage.
Additionally, we offer an alternative product for installation into a concrete headwall, which you can view here.
