The offset configuration is designed to improve visibility and streamline silt removal, thereby facilitating maintenance and reducing downtime.
At the heart of each Headwallblok is the proprietary SILTBLOK filtration system, which efficiently captures silt, debris, and pollutants prior to their entry into the watercourse. This feature not only promotes environmental protection but also ensures regulatory compliance.
The HWB300 is designed for various flat or sloped headwalls and is compatible for Ø225mm up to Ø300mm pipework.
The Headwallblok range is comprised of three models, designed to accommodate headwalls with pipe diameters of up to Ø600 mm and is offered in both flat and sloped configurations to suit various headwall floor designs. By delivering a sustainable, easy-to-maintain solution, the Headwallblok effectively mitigates the risk of Total Suspended Solids (TSS) entering surface water systems during construction, thereby protecting downstream wetlands, ponds, and watercourses from pollution.
