The I CAP is an innovative, cost-effective solution designed to streamline the identification and protection of inspection chambers during the construction process.

Our first model, the 450mm I CAP fits securely over all 450mm twinwall access shafts and most 450mm diameter PPIC (Plastic Polypropylene Intermediate Connection) extension risers, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of installations.

Clear Colour Coding for Quick Identification

Available in two high-visibility colours for easy chamber recognition on-site:

  • ICAP450F (Red) – For foul water chamber identification

  • ICAP450S (Aqua) – For surface water chamber identification

This clear visual distinction simplifies maintenance and inspection by allowing teams to identify chamber types quickly and confidently.

Durable, Lightweight & Reusable

Manufactured from high-quality polyethylene, the I CAP is both lightweight and extremely durable, making it ideal for repeated use across multiple sites. Its robust construction helps reduce costs associated with damaged or missing access covers commonly found on chamber shafts.

Protection from Debris

Once installed, the I CAP acts as a strong barrier, preventing rubble and site debris from entering the chamber. This helps maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the drainage system throughout the build.

Secure Fitting

Each I CAP includes three self-tapping screws for a firm and secure attachment to the shaft or riser, ensuring it stays in place during use.

We offer branding options for larger orders:

  • Orders of 300+ units (mixed colours allowed)
    Get your company logo moulded directly into the cap – a bold and permanent branding opportunity.

  • Orders of 120+ units
    Choose a blank model without the Turtle logo, providing a clean surface for your own branded stickers or decals.
