About the Product
The SILTBLOK SB500B silt separator features a Ø500mm rotationally moulded chamber base, compatible with 150mm or 225mm twinwall main channel socket connections.
At its core, the SB500B integrates a central barrier plate combined with Turtle Enviro’s BLOK filtration system, engineered to efficiently capture and retain silt and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) before discharge.
The unit also incorporates an enhanced overflow weir section, designed to regulate flow velocity and reduce turbulence, ensuring stable hydraulic performance across varying conditions.
For ease of maintenance, the barrier and silt basket assembly are fully removable, allowing straightforward inspection, cleaning, and reinstallation. The integrated silt basket has a 17.5kg total capacity, designed to handle flow rates of up to 6 litres per second.
This silt separator is available in four standard shaft depths to suit a wide range of site requirements.
