This Siltguard silt trap: Model – SS300160HD – has a Ø 300mm rotational moulded chamber base with 110mm or 160mm main channel socket connections, it also includes two further 110mm side inlets at 90° and 270° from the outlet at 0°, which are provided as blanked ends for use as required.
Our SS300160HD model features a removable filter basket for emptying and cleaning, additionally, the filter basket utilises a telescopic stainless steel handle to aid in lifting. When full, the basket weighs 18kg, therefore suitable for a single-person lift. Furthermore, this comes with a recommended inspection, emptying and cleaning schedule.

About Siltguard HD
The Siltguard HD range is designed for the installation of catchment and removal of silt and debris from runoff generated by impermeable and hard-standing surface areas, such as roofs or paths and can be installed in areas with traffic where vehicle loadings exceed 2.5 tonnes while remaining suitable for deeper non-trafficked installations.
Installing a Siltguard as part of a Sustainable Drainage System will provide effective primary treatment for surface water runoff. All silt management chambers are delivered pre-assembled, ready for immediate installation on-site.
Before leaving our factory, all chambers are tested per the required standards.
