The Vortiflo VFFBMX500FFCMS efficiently handles flow rates up to 24.7 L/sec, subsequently depending on the design head. This stand-alone flow control model is designed for easy installation onto a pre-cast concrete chamber headwall, evidently utilizing our FlowBrake Maxi.
The FlowBrake Maxi is meticulously designed to offer a vast range of precise flow discharge rates, accordingly starting from as low as 0.2 litres per second and up to 25.0 L/sec. Typically, design heads are around 3 meters, but they are not limited to this measurement.
Moreover, the tapered inlet and outlet arrangement can be cut to the required size, allowing for a wide array of design head-discharge curves to be achieved with this single-device.
Lastly, the VFFBMX500FFCMS is manufactured from High-Density Polyethylene, making the unit extremely robust yet lightweight, weighing only 10kg. Consequently, this makes installation simple and quick, and it can be carried out by a single person.
