About the Product
The Washceptor W1200TE Vehicle Wash Silt Interceptor features a robust, chemical-resistant high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tank with a spacious 1200 litre capacity, designed to withstand harsh wash chemicals and environmental conditions.
It can handle up to 6,000 wash cycles before needing to be emptied, making the W1200TE model suitable for high-volume vehicle wash facilities, including commercial car washes, fleet depots and some industrial operations.
This unit is a Top -Entry Washceptor with a large 600mm x 600mm clear inspection opening, equipped with a D400 load-rated grating, allowing contaminated water from the washing process to flow directly into the unit through the grating. Alternatively we also have a range of Single Stage units which come with a solid access cover as opposed to a grating.
For ease of maintenance, the grate is fully accessible, enabling straightforward inspection, cleaning, and removal of accumulated debris. The Top Entry design ensures quick servicing without the need for specialised tools.
The W1200TE’s silt retention capacity is 1,700kg, which supports extended periods of low maintenance based on the typical vehicle size and application, reducing operational downtime and enhancing efficiency.
