About the Product
This Siltblok silt separator, Model SB300, has a Ø 300mm rotational moulded chamber base, following with 110mm or 1160mm EN 1401 main channel socket connections.
Additionally, the basket has a total capacity of 5kg and is designed to cope with flow rates of up to 6 litres per second. We also provide a recommended inspection, emptying, and cleaning schedule depending on usage.
This silt separator is available in three different models: as the base alone, or with two standard shaft depths.
In addition, we offer an alternative product with a top-entry, which you can see here or we also offer a larger product with a Ø 450mm chamber and larger pipework connection which you can see here.
Finally, the SB300 is built to the following standards and regulations | Design & Construction Guidance (Type D & E Chambers) | Building Regulations part H | BS EN13598-1&2 | BS EN 681-1.
About Siltblok
The Siltblok range offers a series of silt traps and separators, featuring a 100% recycled thermoplastic block (Blok). This Blok is installed into our rotational moulded chambers, forcing all flow through the Blok before reaching the outlet, thereby filtering out Total Suspended Solids including silt up to 30μm (0.03mm).
Before leaving our factory, all chambers are tested per the required standards.
